At Luxe Lashes by Nicole, we pride ourselves on professionalism, communication, and satisfaction. In line with industry standards and to maintain the integrity of our services, we do not offer refunds on any services or products.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction due to personal preference, improper aftercare, missed appointments, or not following pre-care instructions.

  • Products sold (such as lash cleansers or accessories) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Service Satisfaction Policy

While all sales are final, customer satisfaction remains a top priority. If there is ever a concern or issue following a service, Luxe Lashes by Nicole is committed to working with you to resolve it.

This may include:

  • Offering a follow-up appointment to assess the issue.

  • Adjusting the service where applicable and reasonable.

  • Providing aftercare support to ensure long-lasting results.

Resolution plans are offered at the discretion of the business and are tailored to the nature of the concern, the service received, and the timeframe in which the issue is reported. Any dissatisfaction must be communicated within 72 hours of the original appointment.
